I was googlin' just now and look what I found!
Not shabby!

I've written one scene in it now and it seems really simple and well put together. Automatic formatting, automatic index-cards for rearranging your storyline, and there's an online service apparently where you (we) can backup our scripts, but most importantly, collaborate on them.
And the punch-line? It's free.
